I asked ChatGPT and Drawr to make me an accompanying visual for this post:
Generic approach: AI lists 15 productivity tips.
Smart approach: AI identifies your specific blocker.
One gives you more to think about.
The other solves the actual problem.
Precision beats volume every time.
ChatGPT:
ChatGPT translated every word into a literal symbol.
AI = robot.
Lists = checklist.
Tips = lightbulb
Then scattered them everywhere with text labels explaining what each symbol means.
Looks fine for 2 seconds. Then you realize it's visual noise.
Drawr:
Drawr created a dartboard metaphor.
Generic tips = many darts all missing the target.
Contrasting to the right of the image = One dart hitting the specific blocker dead center.
Visual explains itself.
It even explains its reasons for selecting this image.
And, this is the worst Drawr is ever going to be.
It will only get better over time.
Drawr is now available for purchase.
