Earlier today, I went to one of my client's physical events in KL.
One of my clients Thomas was running his seminar this weekend.
200+ people in attendance.
Same time last year, he hired me to speak at his physical event with only 20+ people.
That's 10x growth in one year.
Walking toward the ballroom, I heard them before I saw them.
Someone was singing "We Will Rock You" to the sound of many thumping feet.
Turns out it was Thomas, on stage, singing, with everyone doing that thumping feet thing.

I was expecting to go in quietly, stand at the back and observe, then leave.
But the moment I walked in, one of the crew members instantly recognized me.
He came for my Envisioning Retreat last year.
After saying hi, the first thing he told me was: "All this is thanks to you."
(What?)
Then the operations manager (a mutual friend who recently joined Thomas full-time because he's scaling) asked me to sit with the crew at the desk next to the stage.
That's where the photo was taken.
Throughout my time there, random crew members kept walking up to me saying the same thing: "All this is thanks to you."
Including Thomas, who asked me to stand and asked the crowd to give me a round of applause.
Never thought I could blush anymore - but there I was, blushing.
Feels surreal.
Because it wasn't too long ago that Thomas was MY mentor.
Probably around 5-6 years ago.
It's really weird being acknowledged as a mentor, by an ex-mentor.
So I asked one of the crew who was giving my that line: "Why do you think that?"
He said that after last year's event with 20 people, Thomas got very excited about AI and started learning from me.
And that the new AI skills were instrumental in creating all these new offers.
What actually happened:
After Thomas hired me to speak at his event last year, he bought a few of my low-ticket offers, including my Black Friday offer last November.
After experimenting with it for a little bit, he found out I was hosting a retreat in December.
He wasn't able to make it in person, but he bought the digital version.
After going through it, he sent me a message.
He told me the Envisioning Process was very different from anything he's ever done before.
Every single year, he would buy programs, sign up for coaching, mentoring programs.
And in his own words, it always felt like "another thing that he has to execute, another thing that he has to do."
He's not saying those programs are bad.
It's just that it's... "another thing."
A lot of people who sign up for many things can probably relate to that feeling.
I definitely felt like that too.
That's kind of why I personally created the Envisioning Process for myself in the first place.
I kept signing up for many different things and wasn't able to consolidate everything into just focus on one thing.
And this is important because in life and in business, there's always about a thousand different things you can do to improve your life...
...but there's only a couple of things you have the energy, time, and resources for.
Focus and consolidation of your focus is an extremely important matter.
From there, Thomas sent me a testimonial about how the process helped him consolidate all his efforts.
He said the Envisioning Process allowed him to fully unleash himself into all the things he's currently doing now.
Because he'd always wanted to do something in the area of mentoring MLM-ers (that's his base, that's how he started).
But he was holding himself back from doing so.
After the Envisioning Process, he was freed from that.
Felt his shackles coming loose.
Finally allowed himself to pursue this path.
It's not that he never had the ability.
He always had the ability.
But he was holding himself back for some reason.
The Envisioning Retreat helped him see why he was holding himself back and allowed him to truly come to terms with what he actually really wanted.
And gave himself permission to go pursue that.
In the following month, he joined my program.
Stuck around, slowly built his base.
Got some small results here and there.
One call, he came in excited about a $6,000 USD weekend close.
Another call, 22 people signed up for his high-ticket coaching program and the total revenue from the upsells was tens of thousands of USD.
And today, as you can see in this photo: Full house. Biggest ballroom. 200+ people.
This is on the same level as some of the top speakers I used to work for.
The hotel he rented is actually the go-to ballroom by some of the top speakers in Singapore.
We haven't calculated the total results from this event yet.
But before I left, he invited all the people who bought his program to go up on stage for a photo.
The whole stage was filled with people.
I can't wait to hear the final numbers from him next Thursday.
The thing that hit me today:
How much things can change in the course of a single year.
There are people who, year after year, still couldn't pursue the ideas they want to pursue.
And there are people who within a single year are able to change so much.
Last year, Thomas had 20+ people.
This year, 200+ people.
And it's not just Thomas.
Another one of my clients, Coco, was in the same event today as an attendee.
She brought three of her downlines.
One of them was an old acquaintance of mine from 5 years ago.
She saw me and said: "Wow, I can't believe that the Felix I met 5 years ago is the same Felix I'm meeting today."
I've changed too.
And what's the reason for my change?
The Envisioning Process.
Year after year.
This deep reflection.
This intense period and moment of self-reflection.
That is incredibly important.
I'm not speaking about this from the lens of trying to sell anything.
In fact, I'm probably costing myself something by running this retreat.
I need to rent the hall.
I'm putting in all this effort.
And the opportunity cost is high (I could be marketing something that actually makes me money).
But I do this because I truly believe in it.
I truly believe that it can help a lot of people.
