What it took to get here

Yesterday I announced AI Client Factory is live.

Today I want to tell you what it took to get here.

Not the technical stuff - platform migrations, automation testing, page building.

The real challenge was deciding whether to build this at all.

For two years, I protected my AI processes.

High-ticket only.

Direct client work.

Full control over who gets access and how they use it.

Then I considered making everything accessible through a membership.

The vulnerability was real.

People could join, copy everything, leave after week one.

I'd already dealt with chargeback scammers for months.

People who attended calls then told their bank they "never authorized the payment."

I spent years building these systems.

Invested over $100K in my own development.

Created 47 AI processes that form the backbone of my business.

The protective instinct said: "Don't give this away."

But the mission has changed.

It is no longer about documenting successful "zero-to-hero" AI implementation anymore.

I've got enough proof and I know my stuff works.

What's more important now is to give people with potential the way to get there.

There will always be people who steal.

And instead of spending energy protecting myself, I now choose expansion.

I'm giving access to everything.

The implementation plan.

The processes.

The frameworks.

The support structure based on what they need.

Some will join, swipe everything, and leave. That's fine.

The real ones will stay because staying is more valuable than leaving.

That's the bet I'm making.

AI Client Factory Membership is open until November 20th.

16 weeks to install the system.

47 processes unlocking as you build.

Validate it works by signing 8 clients.

Five support tiers ranging from $50-$400/week.
