You can storm two castles at the same time.
You can split your army and send half to each castle.
The cost is that you make slow progress on both fronts.
And you might not take either castle before winter arrives.
This is the mistake most people make with their goals.
They decide they want to grow their business, get fit, be present with family, learn a new skill, fix their finances, improve their relationship, and start that side project.
They want all of it.
All in the same year.
So they split their energy twelve ways and wonder why nothing moves.
The problem isn't effort because most people work hard.
The problem is that real progress requires concentrated force applied consistently over time.
And you can't concentrate force when you're fighting on twelve fronts.
Some of those castles matter right now.
Others don't.
As an example, for most people growing their business might be the key that unlocks everything else.
More income means better health choices become affordable.
Less financial stress improves their relationship.
Time flexibility allows them to be present with family.
One castle falls and five doors open.
But they won't see that clearly until they stop treating all goals as equally important.
The traditional advice tells us to balance everything.
You're supposed to give equal attention to all life areas and keep every plate spinning.
That advice guarantees mediocrity across the board.
So I find that the better question is this: “Which fight matters most right now?”
Which goal, if achieved, moves the most other areas forward?
Which castle, once taken, makes the other battles easier?
OR, perhaps even…unnecessary?
The Envisioning Process helps you identify which fight actually matters.
It examines all your life areas, then consolidates to the 1-3 domino goals that create the most movement.
Then the AI coach keeps you honest about where your energy goes all year.
$27 gets you the training, implementation guide, AI coach setup, and lifetime access.
Plus the December 16th virtual coffee call where I'll share insights from next week's physical retreat.
If you're planning 2026, this helps you stop splitting your army and start winning the fights that matter.
