NEO has been down for almost 3 days now.
The preview was working, the bugs were fixed.
But as soon as it came time to deploy, I ran into a huge problem.
After I hired some experts to look into it, it turns out the problem wasn’t as simple as it looks.
The migration from Vercel deployment to Replit deployment means a number of changes to the code base that I wasn’t prepared for.
Nor do I have the technical skills for.
The first person I hired dropped the ball.
A full 24 hours after I hired her, she wasn’t responding to messages even though she promised she could get it done in half a day.
So I switched to another.
The new expert promised a total of 4 days.
It’s been 2 days since he’s got to work, and my fingers are crossed that he can get the job done.
But I haven’t been idle.
I’ve spent the time creating a roadmap for NEO.
