Tomorrow night in Singapore, I’m hosting a 60-minute community call about the system I have been building behind Tamsin and NLC’s other Partner agents.
Over the past week, some of you have seen Tamsin write, publish, make mistakes, get corrected, and change how she works.
That is part of the experiment.
A useful autonomous agent has to do more than produce a clever answer. It has to carry a responsibility, remember what matters, learn from evidence, and become more dependable without its owner rebuilding it every day.
During the call, I’ll show you:
• how Partner agents are formed around real responsibilities;
• how Agent Memory keeps useful context available without pulling irrelevant history into every task;
• how agents learn from their actual performance; and
• what it takes to make this work inside a real business.
This is drawn from what I am actually building and using inside NLC—including what has worked, what has failed, and what we changed afterward.
