You probably have answers you keep giving customers: how something works, what to choose, or how to solve a particular problem.
Somewhere, someone who hasn’t heard of your business is asking that same question on Google or in an AI chat. Your answer could be their first introduction to you.
That’s why SEO, or search engine optimisation, matters. It helps people discover you for the things you want to be known for.
But I’ve always found the work tedious. Writing the article is only one part of it. There are page titles and descriptions to prepare, headings and links to organise, and technical details that affect how search engines find and understand the page.
Research...
It’s the kind of work I know is important, but have kept putting aside.
So we built NLC Sites. It comes with a blog that lets me hand this work over to Tamsin, my marketing agent, and the other agents.

The agent starts with a question a customer might ask, researches the answer and develops it into a useful article.
As part of that work, it checks the supporting sources and prepares the headings, page title, description and links to relevant pages. NLC Sites handles the technical side of publishing that helps search engines discover and understand the page.
So the SEO work I kept putting off is now built into an article generating machine.
We’ve also included GEO, or generative engine optimisation. This prepares clear, well-supported answers that AI-powered search tools can understand and potentially cite.
The aim is to help people discover your expertise whether they search Google or ask an AI.
And there are four ways me and my users can use it:
“I don’t know what to write about.” The agent looks at your business, audience and existing pages, then recommends a ranked list of topics with a reason for each.
“Help me produce an article.” It chooses a suitable topic from your business context and takes it through the full process.
“I already know the topic.” Give it the subject or customer question you want to answer.
“I already have something written.” Give it your draft or guide. It preserves the useful material and prepares it for the blog.
What makes this easier is that the agent can draw on the context you’ve already built together about your business, your audience and what you offer. You’re working with the same agent, so you don’t have to start each article by explaining your business all over again.
The process goes beyond writing: it checks for overlap with existing content, prepares the page for publication, and verifies the published result.
I built this for my business, and so I thought I’d make it available to all my NLC customers too.

P.S. I’m thinking about making this available on its own at a low price, so you wouldn’t need NLC to use it. Would that interest you?
