Yesterday another big creator posted about their "Agentic AI system."
10,000 likes. Endless comments about the future being here.
I watched the demo. Looked impressive.
But the proof is nowhere to be found.
Man was talking about self-correcting funnel when man doesn’t even have a funnel.
He showed us proof of concept.
Except his proof was 100% theoretical.
I walked away.
Because you see, I'm a lazy person.
The kind that refuses to fix broken systems at 2am.
When you're truly lazy like me, you become obsessed with reliability.
Fixing things requires work. And I hate unnecessary work.
This drove me to spend 2 years perfecting my AI processes before releasing them.
I'm too lazy to deal with client complaints about systems that work "sometimes."
Too proud to face buyer disappointment.
And today, I watched a video analyzing the latest AI agent research, which confirmed my suspicions.
The numbers:
Multi-agent systems fail 60-80% of the time.
ChatDev: 66.7% failure rate.
MetaGPT: 60% failure rate.
Now imagine that at scale…
Your AI agent is sending emails 24/7.
Making sales & marketing decisions on your behalf.
And a single copywriting error sends something catastrophic to your entire list while you are sleeping.
Promised things you can never fulfill.
And now you got a bunch of irate buyers demanding a refund.
Reputation destroyed.
Trust vanished.
Morning ruined by damage control.
That’s a time bomb, not automation.
Everyone's trying to duplicate themselves but end up duplicating adequacy instead of excellence.
Me, I just want systems that work 99.99% of the time.
Big creators celebrate their agents. I celebrate peace.
They're excited about possibilities. I'm excited about reliability.
Perhaps they haven't been burned yet.
Or don't actually use these systems.
Or value hype over results.
But when you're as lazy as I am, you don't chase trends.
You build what works.
Test until it's bulletproof.
Then, and only then, do you scale.
That's why my systems deliver results while others are debugging at 2am.
