Three moves made for NEO, including one that almost pulled me into the wrong rabbit hole.
What was done #1: The Tagline Crystallized
I’ve been reading through all your beta applications.
Every single response had some version of the same complaint: AI keeps giving them generic advice when they need specific truth.
"I want AI to be an extension of my mind…”
“I wish AI could get into my inner world…"
"I need something that respects how much I already carry…”
“Faster, with more processing power than me, but still mine."
What folks are struggling with:
Starting things that sound good but don't feel right
Taking advice that makes sense but doesn't fit
Forcing themselves into frameworks that work for everyone except them
The tagline emerged from your responses: "Finish what you start with an AI that reflects your truth."

What was done #2: Content Engine Built
Created a 2-month content calendar for NEO.
I’m starting a NEO page on X to establish credibility before launch, because people need to see substance before they trust a new product.
To be consistent, I built an AI process for bulk content creation that comes with prompts for matching visuals using visual persuasion principles.
This system will let me maintain a consistent presence without getting stuck creating content every day.
Since you guys are part of my community, I’ll share my progress with you on growing that page.
What was done #3: Overcame Deployment Drama
It was 11pm and I was staring at a 404 error on what should have been NEO's alpha deployment.
My technical partner is dealing with a family emergency.
And Manus tried for hours but couldn't crack it.
Old me would have thought this is the universe telling me to learn code.
New me simply went on Fiverr and hired a developer.
The beta applications revealed the same pattern, almost catching me.
Learning to code sounds productive, but it pulls me away from what I actually do well: Understanding users, crafting positioning, creating systems.
My zone of genius.
NEO is built on this same principle.
It doesn't try to make you better at everything.
It helps you see what's actually yours to do versus what you're doing because it sounds like you should.
The freelancer starts work tomorrow.
I'll know by evening if alpha is launched.
