Got an email yesterday that made my day.
Mark, retired Fortune 100 consultant, found my AI Coach video on YouTube.
He spent days contemplating AI’s use as a coach/therapist/mentor/brainstorm partner.
At the end, he called those attempts "soul-crushing"
AI would just keep giving him a list of things to do.
A lot of advice and information.
But zero inspiration.
Then he encountered my video on YouTube.
Tried my method, and had a breakthrough in 3 seconds.
From Mark:
"All I can say is HOLY SHIT!"
He wrote me this long thank-you email, but one line stopped me cold:
"This might be your life's work - finding ways for people to work with AI without getting their souls crushed."
He gave me an insight that made me feel better about being slower compared to others in the ‘AI Coach’ scene.
The insight: Fast Followers vs First Movers

They don’t have the specific way I use AI that makes all the difference.
Seeing one of my videos on a competitor, he said, "That 'Onboarding' sales funnel in (name redacted) AI was insulting. It's like it was designed by children for children."
He followed by saying, "First-mover advantage is a myth: the Fast Followers who improve on the First Movers are the winners. Think about Google vs Yahoo and Facebook vs MySpace."
And you know what? He’s right.
I read that email three times.
Because this AI Coach prompt… I made it for myself first.
I was the one struggling with regular AI.
And I built something that actually helped me think.
Only later did I decide to share it.
Mark's email reminded me why that decision was right.
Why I'm now all-in building NEO, the app version of what helped him.
He doesn't know he validated something I've already committed to.
But his email came at exactly the right time.
Sometimes strangers see your mission more clearly than you do.
