I always believed there are three types of decisions:
Head decisions (logic)
Heart decisions (emotion)
Gut decisions (intuition)
Ideally, all three align. But that rarely happens.
In my experience, following purely head or purely heart leads to trouble about half the time.
But gut decisions...
Even when my head screams "illogical!" and my heart whispers "too risky!"...they work out.
Take the AI Coach prompt.
My head said: "This is valuable IP. Don't give it away for free."
My heart feared: "Someone will steal your idea and take credit."
My gut said: "Just do it."
That YouTube video where I gave away the prompt for free only got a couple thousand views.
Didn't go viral.
Still generated $30K in sales.
The gut knew something the head and heart couldn't see.
I've spent the past few months building something.
Started in December with just a name: Augmented Intelligence.
Since then, I've been architecting the complete experience.
The framework. The identity. The code.
Even the member journey from the moment you discover it to your first post.
Everything's ready now.
My head keeps listing the strategic benefits.
My heart worries about adding another responsibility.
My gut is saying "launch it now."
