Build plans that hold

Here's how most people approach goals:

They decide what they want (Vision).

Then jump straight to how they'll get it (Strategy).

And then watch their plans fall apart by March.

What's missing is the four components I use in The Envisioning Process.

They occur in this specific order:

  • Worldview - The beliefs you're operating from.

  • Vision - What you want to achieve.

  • Purpose - Why it matters to you.

  • Strategy - How you'll make it happen.

Most people skip Worldview entirely.

And this is the biggest mistake you can make.

Because your beliefs determine which goals you even consider possible.

If you believe "making money requires long hours," you won't even TRY to design a business that gives you freedom.

You'll automatically build a business that consumes your life.

If you believe "I'm not a healthy person," you won't commit to transformation.

You'll try for a few weeks, hit resistance, and tell yourself "see, I knew I couldn't do it."

Your worldview creates the ceiling.

Everything else sits on top of it.

This is why we start there.

We identify which beliefs are serving you and which ones are limiting you.

We challenge the ones that need to be challenged.

We reinforce the ones that actually work.

Only then do we move to Vision, Purpose, and Strategy.

Because when the foundation is solid, the plan actually holds.

This is why the retreat takes three full days.

We're not just making plans that look good in a journal.

We're rebuilding the foundation those plans sit on.

December 12-14, 2025.

All four components. In the right order.

Last year 40 people showed up and we hit capacity.
