I’m feeling especially perky today because my clients are winning.
Even though it took awhile, I am seeing the evidence that my stuff not only works for me, but for others as well.
This morning's AI Client Factory group call ran two hours.
1/4: Shamir the property agent showed up with a massive win.
His post went viral.
He's been pulling insights from his golf industry rebranding work and turning them into daily reflection posts.
(For those who don’t know, that’s the AI Client Factory Way)
If you feel like it, show him some love here: https://www.facebook.com/shamirwahidrealestate/posts/pfbid0iN3HyfmUrd58qQP9qgmuvyDERrSCJG39QqTDE2pJTsQrYayifSMaVj4sp1GUNaaNl
His daughter never took Singapore's PSLE exam (the big academic filter at age 12), and in this post he explained why.
He posted about it Monday and today it has hit 347 reactions, 54 shares, and 70 comments lighting up Facebook.
The same thing is happening in LinkedIn.
This PSLE post hit something people felt strongly about.
2/4: Meanwhile, Networker Jack’s been running market research calls with old leads.
No pitching, but learning.
Conversations about their business and what frustrates them about LinkedIn outreach.
By the end of these calls, people are often asking about his services.
One even joined his paid community after a market research conversation.
Others are sending him to two or three contacts in their network after each call.
He's getting referrals through a simple ask: "Who else in your network would be good for me to talk to?"
Yesterday he posted one LinkedIn update about making photorealistic whiteboard images.
Got four or five email signups from that single post.
Then he sent one email to the people he's met with on Calendly over the past year.
Twenty-five more signups.
When I told him I was impressed with the hustle, he said: "That's what you told me to do. I'm just throwing punches."
3/4: Then came Nika The Horse Whisperer.
She’s been posting daily for weeks.
Today, one of her recent reels hit 130,000 views.
No sales yet, but she's shifted from anxiety about the numbers to genuine curiosity about her market.
We mapped out her next move: an evergreen workshop that becomes her permanent lead magnet.
I gave her a structure she can be confident in using, and she’s going to target equestrian club owners in Dubai.
Turns out the wealthy real estate crowd there is heavily into horses.
4/4: Finally came Dispensary Joey.
He owns two stores in America and joined my program a few months back.
Following up on our recent plans, he brought 13 people into his retail store last weekend through a promotion he ran.
That strategy helped everyone on his team beat their daily sales target by $1,000.
He’s feeling really excited about his current path.
His team, initially skeptical about the implementation of the AI Client Factory model, is now coming around to the impact it’s creating for the business.
And I’m absolutely loving the way he’s showing up lately.
Inspired. Confident. Certain.
Like every leader should.
Happy, too.
He's also been training his managers to start thinking like marketers now.
Strategies to drive revenue, create events, push products.
"I'm glad I stayed." he told me.
And that was fine end to my day.
It’s always a great feeling for me to be in the room with people who are also building alongside you.
These calls happen twice a week.
People show up with their work, their questions, or their blocks.
They get direction, feedback, and accountability.
Then they execute and come back next week with progress.
That's what momentum looks like.
AI Client Factory enrollment is currently closed.
But if you want to know when the next intake opens, reply to this email and I'll add you to the priority notification list.
