The season of Nos

The typical approach to planning goals is adding things.

People want to build new habits, learn new skills, start new projects, and chase new goals.

They create lists of what to do more of.

Today I watched a video of Alex Hormozi who said he took the opposite approach.

When he was building his first business, he didn't focus on what to add to his routine.

He focused on what to remove.

He called it "the season of the Nos."

He said no to social gatherings, casual hangouts, and time with people who didn't move him forward.

He changed his phone number and gave the new one only to people who mattered for his business.

He deleted social media from his phone so checking it required sitting at his computer.

He fasted one day every week so he didn't have to think about food decisions.

He trained twice a week for maintenance instead of chasing fitness gains.

Everything that wasn't directly building his business got cut or automated.

The result was seven figures monthly in personal income at age 27.

He achieved this not because he worked harder than everyone else, but because he eliminated everything that diluted his focus.

The typical goal-setting process asks what you want to achieve.

The better question is what you need to stop doing.

What meetings can you decline? What commitments can you drop? What habits can you eliminate?

What entire areas of life can you shift from growth mode to maintenance mode?

The Envisioning Process helps you answer these questions.

It examines all your life areas, identifies the 1-3 domino goals that actually matter, then helps you see what needs to be managed versus what deserves your growth energy.

Then the AI coach keeps you honest about where your attention goes all year.

When you're clear on what NOT to do, the things that matter get all your energy.

$27 gets you the training, implementation guide, AI coach setup, and lifetime access.

Plus the December 16 virtual coffee call where I'll share insights from the physical retreat happening this weekend.

Enrollment closes December 16.
