The Agent Era has officially begun.
And so is the race for AI superagents.
I found out today that Peter Steinberger (creator of OpenClaw) has officially joined OpenAI.
His mandate: "To build an agent that even my mum can use."
Peter built OpenClaw in two months.
He had his prototype working within an hour of coding.
With a man of such talent, it wouldn't take long for OpenAI to make that vision a reality.
So my very conservative prediction, is that within 12 months, most people on earth will have a personal agent on the same power as OpenClaw.
A version of OpenClaw that is safer, foolproof, and MUCH easier to use.
And here's why I am quite concerned about this.
And why knowledge workers might want to pay attention.
When everyone has a super-intelligence in their pocket, the baseline for value shifts immediately.
The speed of execution will become infinite. The cost of "doing" drops to zero.
People aren't going to just "learn" stuff.
They will want to grow as human beings (always).
But they also want their AI to take care of tasks for them - without having to copy + paste prompts.
As things stand, many knowledge workers will be facing an early retirement.
Unless they adapt.
My vision, in this Agent Era, is to build a future where everyone thrives building a platform where knowledge workers can sell their specialized agents and skills.
Governed, Protected, and Accessible.
To ensure we remain the architects of this future rather than just users.
What it means: Instead of you painstakingly spend hours each week coaching and guiding people, you'd build Agents and Skills for those agents that your customers can simply "plug" into their OWN Agents.
Less work. More scale.
Here is my Plan to make it happen.

Stage 1: The Agentification of NEO
I am upgrading NEO immediately.
Even as we speak, I am building the architecture that builds the architecture.
Very soon, NEO will evolve from a tool you use ... into an agent that acts.
It will no longer just be a chat interface where you type and wait.
It becomes an active partner - capable of executing complex workflows on your behalf, managing your state, and holding the context of your entire business in its memory.
You move from "Prompt Engineering" to "Agent Orchestration."

Stage 2: The Skill Arsenal
Instead of building 'specialist AIs', I will turn Archetypes (like Evolving Authority) into slottable "Skills" inside of NEO.
Think of these like cartridges you load into a console.
You want to write high-status content? You load the Authority Skill.
You want to analyze a deal? You load the Consultant Skill.
Crucially, these will be Encrypted, Safe, and Pay-walled.
These are proof of concept of the technology to prepare us for the next stage.
This will be the first step toward protecting Intellectual Property in the age of open-source models.

Stage 3: The Bridge
I will build the protocols that allows agents outside of NEO to use this same technology.
It means that the skills we build inside NEO won't just live there.
They will be exportable.
Other agents, other platforms, and other businesses will be able to "rent" the wisdom we have encoded, without ever being able to steal the prompts or the assets that makes up the Agent Skills.
And once I make this stable, Stage 4 happens.

Stage 4: The Skills Economy
I will build the platform where you become the architect.
You will be able build and sell your own custom Agents and Skills... all through NEO.
It's a future where people come to you to install your wisdom and domain expertise into their AI agents.
All going out into the world... actually doing things on their behalf.
Using Skills that YOU made.
First in their device.
Then, in their smart glasses.
Then, directly in their Neuralinks.

This is what we will be building towards.
And The March Build is the entry point.
