I have been quiet for a few days because I have been deep in the code, agentifying NEO.
Turning it from a tool you use into an agent that acts.
And the process changed my mind about something.
For years, I believed that the "Idea Man" was the most useless person on a founding team.
Ideas are cheap and Execution is everything, after all.
If you couldn't code, design, or sell, you were dead weight.
But the Agent Era has flipped the board.
In the past, you were limited by your skills.
If you didn't know Python, you couldn't build the app.
If you didn't know copywriting, you couldn't launch the funnel.
But now, execution is cheap.
The AI can write the code, design the page, AND draft the copy.
The bottleneck is no longer your hands.
It is your clarity.
If you can articulate the system clearly, the agent can build it.
It has moved from the Operator (who does the work) to the Architect (who defines the work).
To survive this shift, I truly believe that people have to stop trying to be a ‘better user’ and ‘learn software’.
You have to start being an Architect.
An Architect doesn't pride themselves on how hard they grind.
They pride themselves on the precision of their instructions.
They don't ask "How do I do this?"
They ask "What exactly are we building, and why?"
The AI can provide the labor.
But it cannot provide the taste, the logic, or the standard.
That is the only job left.
This is why The March Build is not a "marketing course."
I am not interested in teaching you how to click buttons or write prompts.
I am helping you design the infrastructure that allows the agents to do the work for you.
We start building on March 1st.
