I wasn't planning to record this. My lights were off, I wasn't on camera, but what I was watching was too good not to capture.
I built a multi-agent setup where nothing can be modified without my explicit approval ("do it"). Literally those two words, nothing else. But agents were getting blocked even after I gave permission. I had no idea why.
So instead of me debugging it, I let the agents figure it out themselves. My CMO agent emailed my Critic agent. The Critic investigated. They went back and forth.
And between them, they diagnosed the exact problem without me understanding a line of what was happening.
That's the thing. I don't need to understand the technical details. I understand logic, management, and systems. And that's all I needed to build this.
The feature that made this possible: Agent Mail - a way for my agents to send each other messages, collaborate from different angles, and escalate only what actually needs my eyes.
Without it, I'd be the message boy. Copy-paste here, copy-paste there.
With it, I just watched.
