3 months ago I declared two goals:
One ‘basic’ goal of fully automating my marketing by Dec 2026.
Another moonshot goal of achieving 1M1B within my lifetime.
The moonshot is a…moonshot. But I figure it doesn’t cost anything to dream. And if I can dream, there’s a non-zero chance that it will succeed.
Non-zero is infinitely more than ‘zero’ - so I’m taking it.
It’s been three month since and I’ve learned a lot in the process. I’ve made a lot of progress, even if most of the progress is invisible.
The kind of work I’ve been doing is foundational. Because the math doesn’t check out if I am building a linear machine.
I need an AI corporate army, not a collection of automations to make 1M1B happen.
So today, I did a ‘build in public’ check in. I recorded a video.
I laid down the good, the bad, and the ugly. And all the lessons I’ve learned along the way about what I THINK it really takes to build a 1M1B business.
