McLaren

Thomas drove me around in his new McLaren.

He's one of my AI Client Factory clients.

We started this year with an offer that helps MLM-ers grow their business without hard-selling.

This approach benefits both the MLM-ers and the public.

Since then, he’s already generated USD200k in new revenue.

His training room went from 20+ to 200+

And in about a couple of week’s time, he projected his January event to fill a 400 pax hall.

Life’s good and he said this year has been incredibly fulfilling.

We'd just finished recording a podcast and were going for lunch.

While he was driving, he told me something about McLaren that stuck with me.

The founder was both a race car driver and an engineer.

He built the cars he raced in.

He was the product's heaviest user.

And apparently this tradition has been carried on even until today.

To me, that’s such a beautiful philosophy/attitude to have.

I truly believe that that's the only way to build something great.

Because when you're the heaviest user of your own product, you become its harshest critic.

That’s a good thing.

You can't ignore problems because you hit them constantly.

You can't ship mediocre features because you'll then have to suffer through them.

That’s why my AI processes are reliable.

I am the heaviest user of my own processes.

But I see the opposite all the time.

Some game developers that I follow made updates that cause massive backlash because they don't actually play their own games.

AI creators selling prompts they've never used and as a result didn’t even realize they’re broken.

Course creators who teach systems they stopped using (and that has stopped working) years ago.

The disconnect shows in the product.

But Bruce McLaren - now that’s commitment to the craft.

And it’s something I aspire to be, too.

There’s also something really validating about that.

In his own words, I was the spark that helped Thomas with his USD200k in new revenue.

But in the beginning, I was only building those processes to solve my own problems.

I am the heaviest user.

I use them more than any of my clients do.

Every gap I find, every friction point I hit, I fix and smooth them out.

That's why they work.

Same with NEO.

A client told me today that even though NEO’s RAG isn't great yet, it still asks insightful questions when you probe it.

I told him flat out: “You shouldn't even have to probe it.”

I won't call NEO "done" until I can use it without any workarounds.

Because I'm the one using it most.

The AI Client Factory processes work because I built them by using them.

It was built by me, for me, in the foremost.

The 16-week implementation plan exists because I ran it myself first in order to get the results I do.

When the creator is the heaviest user, the product gets better because the standard gets higher.

The AI Client Factory is open for its next cohort in January.

Enrollment closes in 2 days.

The same processes Thomas used to generate USD200k.

Built by someone who uses them more than anyone else.
